Kimberli Jewelry House is a jewelry house with a 20-year history, its own production and atelier of individual jewelry.
We are opening a new boutique in Lviv - and we are looking for a person who shares the values of thoughtful luxury, service and deep work with the client.
We are building a team that listens to its people, supports and works in partnership.
This role is for you if:
You have sales experience in the jewelry or luxury segment for 1 year or more;
You are close to calm, intelligent service;
You know how to work with clients who value taste, privacy and time;
Ethics, responsibility and long-term relationships are important to you;
You are interested in working in a brand that scales but maintains quality;
If your style is mass retail, quick check and flow - this role will most likely not be comfortable.
Professionally present jewelry and the capabilities of the atelier;
Accompany the client from the first request to the completed purchase;
Build personal relationships with clients;
Work with the CRM system;
Keep track of goods and reporting;
Make sales and accept payments;
Adhere to the standards of service and brand aesthetics;
